Beloved brother-in-law was all things described as good in this world. Dear Buff,Miragliotta and Scarborough families, I am very saddened to learn of the passing of Mr Buff, Frank.. he was a fixture in our neighborhood (25-26 and the Blvd) and his multifaceted set of skills and interest and knowledge always amazed me. I would deliver groceries from Bill and Nick Tassone store and Frank always give me a generous tip,but would alway advise me to spend only half and save half,good advice which I follow to this day and brings back fond memories of Mr Buff.
