I am saddened to learn of Dan's death. I got to know him when he became a school bus driver for the Douglas County School District Transportation Dept. He had a smile that brightened up a room when he walked in and was always happy and positive. My prayers go out to the family and his many friends.

Danny had a big smile, a big laugh and a big heart. When I heard he had passed, I pictured him in heaven with his parents and the Burgess aunts and uncles. I'm sure his Uncle Chuck --another Burgess man with a big voice and a big heart, had a cocktail waiting! Oh, the joy they will all have sharing stories. Dan will be missed, but he will be free from pain and suffering and we all are grateful for that.
