Time passes fast, but good memories last forever. I will always cherish the memories of Frank and the many good times we had together.

Gayle, I'm sorry to hear about Frank's passing. I always enjoyed catching up with him at our Christmas parties or end-of-year gatherings. I found him laid back and easy to talk to. William Hall

May his light shine bright in his family's memories forever!

I will miss my friend and buddy! We spent a lot of quality time together in the workplace, bird hunting in south Texas and just hanging out together.

He lived a good life and had a wonderful family.

God bless!
