He always had a kind word and a smile on his face whenever I saw him. He will be missed and made the world a warmer place with his presence. May God bless Mr. Byrd and his family. Frank Byrd is such a special man, one whom I will always have fond memories of when bringing a mixture of friends together. His gift of understanding in diverse situations continues to amaze me! Sharing the same birthday always accentuated his "Special" waffle days! I will miss him immensely, but know he will be with us always.

We were neighbors to the Byrd family on Carrington Rd.in the early 1950's.Mr. and Mrs. Byrd and their children made lifelong impressions on me that abide to this day. Their example was a blessing to me and I give thanks to God for the life of Mr.Byrd.
