How blessed I was to have been cared for by such an outstanding hematologist/oncologist and his wonderful team of cancer specialists fourty four years ago. And his lasting friendship and genuine concern for my happiness means the world to me. So loved his family, fun sister, Carol, and all the grandchildren who I enjoyed seeing at the holidays. God Bless.

I remember Dr. Call as being very kind to me when I joined his group in 1992 fresh out of my fellowship. He was readily available to answer questions and did so quite brilliantly. He was always sincere, gentle, compassionate, well read, and just plain smart! I will miss him.

I worked in the hematology department of the lab at Richmond Memorial and Dr. Call would often come in to review slides and talk with us. He was a gentle and respectful man who always treated us with kindness. Sincere condolences to his family.

Our prayers and condolences are with the family. He was a kind thoughtful physician and very humble. We practiced together for over20 years and I respected his judgement and gained from his advice. He will be missed. Maurice and Janie Schwarz
