Not sure what to say?

Deepest sympathy to the Carlton family. As a long time friend of my family, I have fond memories of Frank. I very much appreciated his good advice and kind words.

so sorry for your loss. he was a great man. i will miss him and am greatly saddened.

Neely, Loved your Dad. He and his sense of humor will be missed! On a personal note to you, my father is Anse Dees, and our entire family appreciated your presentation to him last year on behalf of the Governor. Buddy Dees, Vicksburg

I first met Frank, when he was in the Legislature in the '60's. I got to know him, when I worked in Law Enforcement with the Sunflower County Sheriff department, under the late Jack Sessums. He will be greatly missed by other than his family. He lived his life, in a way, that a void was left on this earth when he went to heaven. To his family, I extend my sympathy and prayers. Only time and the river, will ease your pain.

Mr. Carlton was one of a kind and will truly be missed. My prayers are offered to the family for their loss.

It was a priviledge and an honor to know Frank. He was a very special angel on earth, doing good for all mankind. He will be greatly missed by everyone that crossed his path. His life on earth was magnificently lived through his charitable contributions and his passion for life.

Neely, your dad was truly a great man and a void is now left in Washington County. My prayers
and sympathy go out to you and your family.

He was a great example of the ideal Mississippi combinations of intelligence and humility, of town and country, of Christian principles and tolerance, and of earnestness and humor. He was a great...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
