It was my honor to have been a friend of Frank's since the early 80's when I met him at Marist College. He certainly was a man for all seasons.' He had a keen intellect even past his ninty-fifth year. Perhaps my most vivid memory of Frank was driving with him during his ninety-fifth year. It was an adventure, Frank, with one eye and mostly deaf, would zip around Kingston's streets as if he was back at Monte Carlo.
