Not sure what to say?

Ernie and I want to offer our condolences to the Sacred Heart community. We were privileged and blessed to have Father Clancy celebrate Mass in our small community of Santa Monica, TX. He always had the most interesting stories included in his homily. May he rest in peace; he will be in our prayers.

I had a number of opportunities to work with Fr. Clancy over the past few years. He truly was an inspiration! I always appreciated his kind words of support and his wonderful sense of humor. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, rest in peace. Thank you for your service to the church, Fr. Clancy.

Heaven rejoices today. He is a wonderful man who blessed our church community in Harlingen, Texas. Our Lady of the Assumption Church is praying for you, Fr. Clancy.

I am now convinced that there are two things in Heaven, golf and cigarettes. Thank you Father Clancy for making a difference in this world. Rest in peace. Chaplain David Mann

May this wonderful person and priest rest in peace with our Lord.

Fr. Clancy celebrated Masses at Our Lady of Assumption , Harlingen, TX for several years, while serving as chaplain at VBMC. He was a wonderful priest, who was in love with our Lord and all the parishioners. He was gentle and kind;his homilies reflected his gentleness and love. He has been missed since he left our parish. It's awesome to know that he has seen the face of God and we have an advocate in heaven. God rest his soul.

I will miss his kind and loving words to all Gods' children, whether in mass, hospital, or wherever he would be. He would have that glow of Gods' Love for all. A very wise person full of knowledge and understanding among the people. Thank you Fr. Clancy you are now with Our Lord Jesus Christ and Heavenly Mother Mary. Rest in peace.
