Not sure what to say?

I am so upset as I just found out about Frank. The Clarkins were our next-door neighbors for several years. I loved them all. Frank was so special: kind, great personality, a dear little boy and man. My heart is breaking for his family. God has another precious angel now. My condolences go out to all his family.

Frank and I attended BEHS and unknowingly met again at The Citadel. Privileged to be his friend and classmate.

RIP Capt.

Thoughts and prayers. Peace. He was a great man. Worked with him for years. RIP.

Condolences to the entire family. He will be missed!

Frank always greeted you like you were the only person in the room. He always made you feel special. He would give the shirt off his back for whatever you needed. He was fun, he brought laughter, and his smile was contagious. I will miss my friend. Sail on Frank. . . Debbie Graf

Frank was always the true southern gentleman with a such a kind and gentle heart, who loved the ocean and all it offered. Being his friend was a gift to all who knew him. He will be missed so very much! Jane you are in our hearts and prayers, love Dave and Bev O´Donnell

Frank was loved, liked, and respected by many. I was honored to have him as a friend and classmate (1980) all these years. He will be missed here in this time and place but I believe I will see him again.

It was an honor to know Frank. He had a kind soul and a genuine heart, always showing deep care and compassion for others. He had a remarkable ability to connect with people-listening with sincerity and sharing stories that left us both laughing and inspired. What stood out most was how his face lit up whenever he spoke about Janie. You could see the love and pride in his eyes, a reflection of the profound bond they shared. Frank's warmth and wisdom touched so many lives. He was more...
