Not sure what to say?

Frank was a friend for many years, not in a close way but our paths would cross on the stree downtown or the lobby of a building but friends aren't necessarily in touch constantly. Had an emergency, my husband was dying and didn't have a will. I phoned Frank and within hours he had simple will drawn up and delivered to hospital. You never forget friends. Rest In Peace Brother.

May your wonderful memories fill your heart and help ease your pain. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

May God be with you and your family during these difficult times and sorrow .But remember that during your difficult times he can make you firm and he can make you strong. 1 Peter 5:10

I served in the Georgia Senate with Frank. He was an honest, dedicated and outstanding credit to the State of Georgia. My sincere condolences to his family.

I celebrate the life of Frank Coggin who passed from this earth last week. Frank was the mayor of my hometown of Hapeville, Georgia and then went on to represent us in the Georgia General Assembly. He was a good man and a true public servant. He understood the value of kindness and knew that leadership involved listening and compromise. May we learn from his lessons!

I am very sorry to hear that yet another person has fallen asleep in death. May your faith comfort you. - 1 Thess. 4:14

May the God of all comfort be with you during this difficult time

I'm so sorry to hear this. I worked for Frank for a few years in College Park; he was a lovely man and a true Southern gentleman. I know he will be missed. God bless Billie and the rest of the Coggin family.
