Frank Crosby Colby

So sorry to hear of Franks' passing. So many happy memories of times spent with you both. My sympathies to you and both your families. The children were especially lucky to have him in their lives. He was taken too soon. Keeping you in my prayers. Love to you all

I did not know Frank well. But when I had to put down my 15 year old Labrador Retriever, Harry, in June of 2005, Frank took the SPS backhoe and dug a grave for him in the orchard. A special man doing a kind and special thing.

I am saddened to learn of Frank's passing. We were co-workers at St. Paul's School. He was hard working, uncomplaining and always ready to help. Frank had a quiet but wicked sense of humor, and I got a kick out of being able to make him laugh. We shared common interests in having both served in the U.S. Navy, and our love for Irish Setters.
