Read MoreI was going through some old Boy Scout memorabilia from the 1960´s and was reminded that Frank was in my class at Junior Leader Training, a kind of boot camp for scouts becoming patrol leaders. This was at Camp Tapawingo in Nokesville VA. It was long ago but I remember Frank was skilled and well liked, very good to work with. My condolences and prayers to his family.
