Frank was known for his great smile, good dancer and great personality. He was a very kind and handsome man with gentle manners. I did not know his family but want to give my sincere condolences to all of you. I hadn't seen Frank for some time but he will be greatly missed. God Bless Frank and all of you.

I will always remember Frank as such an energetic, sweet, positive man! Always so full of life and personality. Frank has been in my life for 23 years and was a dear friend of my parents.
