We just found out that Frank died. He was a good man. He was always good to us and we will miss him. Barry and Herlinda Coe. Pueblo, CO.

Mr. Cummings,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the Army of Occupation in Japan after WW II. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepesdt sympathy.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of a dear friend, The 14+ years that we worked together I came know and love him. He was one of the most kindest and generous people that I ever knew. He always had a open door policy to all those who needed help even while some where stealing from him,when I talked to him about some of these people and wouldn't hear of it.
