Frank on his bike always stopping at my side carport gate. To say "Hi" to the kids under my care. And he always had a pocketful of peppermint candies to share with them.

Frank was one of the most likeable persons in the Fair Oaks Area. He was liked by all ages of neighbors and children in my care. I am still here on the corner of 16th and fair oaks. everything changes! And yet everything stays the same.hope all of his family are well.

Everyone of my children ,now grown ,and all of those in my care, all remember Frank.
he always stopped at my side fence, while all of my little cares, also now grown were outside playing. he was always smiling addressing each child with a smile and a piece of candy for each. I remember Jerry, also. As sweet as outgoing as Frank. He was greatly missed by us all when He moved from our neighborhood. !

Dan and I would like to offer condolences to Frank's family. So sorry for your loss. Frank lived to a great age. His bike riding? His razor sharp wit? Probably those Dalton genes!
Frank was the original DNA contributor to our Clan Dalton Surname Project. We developed breakthrough research, with Frank's help. It's still a work in progress...
Here's a picture of Frank with the Chicago Dalton's in 1943. His Uncle Andy is on the left, his Dad's brother from Carrigaloe, Kilcash,...
