I was Franks personal driver. I took him grocery shopping or just out for rides to get him out the house. My last trip was to get a new phone. He called me a few days later telling me he couldn't understand how to make it work. I was driving and couldn't go then but told him I'd call later. I've been calling him no answer . I´m so sorry to hear about Fopps´ passing! While it´s been many years, he was an integral character of my two years at STCC. He was in one of the general classes that we in the Dental Hygiene course had to take. He befriended a few of us and introduced us to a different culture and friendship. I´ve never forgotten him.
