Not sure what to say?

When we first met Frank some 35+ years ago, he was the funniest guy we have ever known. He always filled our hearts with laughter and fun and was just the best all around guy ever on Earth. My goodness, did not know we shared the same birth date...Sept. 16....What a great person and he is so missed.

I had the honor to be among Frank and his amazing family later in his life. He was so full of joy and kindness and such a great role model to all.

His loving wife Rita is amazing and loving and generous of spirit. Her devotion to Frank and all of the family is inspiring. I wish her peace.

To all of the family, I know you are grateful for Frank's presence in your lives and I pray for your healing and express my gratitude for by brief time with you all.

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He was a standup guy who will be sorely missed. Frank and I both retired from IRS and while I rarely saw him I missed his friendly wit and laughter. Condolences to his wife Rita and their children.

Frank was my dad's boss at the IRS. I remember being a teenager and my family was invited to a Christmas party at Frank's house. I was mesmerized by the little sayings on the tags of the Christmas gifts under the tree.

Frank showed up at my dad's funeral when he died in 2006.

I think I even have a small trophy or ribbon that my dad received one year for Frank's tie contest. I didn't really know Frank, but my dad always spoke so highly of him. I am sorry for your loss.

Fifty eight years ago Frank and I became IRS agents on the same day. We followed different career paths since then but have always continued our friendship. I will miss seeing him again, but hope to see Rita from time to time. He always teased me about not retiring as early has he did and he missed the word that I finally retired this year. The best to you Rita and family.

We will miss Frank. We will always remember how fun he was to be with the jokes and funny stories. What a great friend and person. Much Love to Rita and family

I am deeply sorry for your loss, please let cherished memories of Frank warm your heart and bring you comfort Isaiah 61:1,2 "God is close to the brokenhearted, and comforts all who mourn."
