Many fond memories of the times we hung around together after school and on occasional weekends exploring our neighboring farms. My prayer is that his friendly soul may rest in eternal...

Worked closely with Frank at Paperades in the 70´s and Frank mentored me in the paper distribution business of which I am eternally grateful as it became a lifelong career for me. Godspeed & RIP Frank!

Thanks for all your help over the years. I talked to Frank frequently, he was one of my favorite people that I've run into on this earth. RIP

Although I never knew Frank personally, I knew of him from the community of Pawcatuck and his contributions and involvement. A fine gentleman. May He Rest in Peace.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. DeCiantis on a couple of occasions in Pawcatuck. My condolences to his family.

I worked for Frank at Paperades. He was a good boss and a good man.

Frank still, every year, called my son's on their birthdays, keeping the old school family together. We certainly had a lot of laughs and fond memories especially with the family Christmas parties and family meetings! Sending my love to his family and I will keep Frank in my prayers
