Not sure what to say?

I was so lucky to have Mr. Demma as an instructor at the Art Institute of Pgh back in 1967. He stayed up all night to make the example of the color wheel, complimentary and split complimentary examples that would be our assignment for the week.I still have it.I went on to attend the Art Center Collage of Design.I'm 73 yrs old and paint as often as I can and think of Mr. Demma quite often.I came across his web page with his phone # and called him back in 2012 to let him know how inspirational...

I had the honor of having Mr. Demma as an instructor at the Art Inst. of Pgh back in 1990. He was a great instructor with a great sens of humor. From across the United States, sadness is felt even here in CA. Frank was also a terrific guy, and wonderful to my family. My dad, Sal Battaglia, stills talks of frank. Our prayers to all.

Helen, Our deepest sympathy to you in Frank's passing. He was a warm, talented, charming man who we were happy to call our friend. We will miss him, especially on our visits back to Pittsburgh. God Bless You.
