Group of 10 Memorial Trees

The last time I visited with uncle Slick was on his 90th birthday, and it was a very happy day. Uncle Slick has the love and respect of our family, he was a great person who always cared about others and always ready to lend a helping hand. Rest in peace with your heavenly family.

What a full life Frank led and he touched so many lives. I only knew him through Corrine Sullivan but I could tell from the first time I met him what a nice and caring person he was. I also learned how talented he was in so many ways. When I meet someone who is such a genuine and caring person, I feel privileged to have known them. He will surely be missed.

So sorry to hear of "Slick's" passing. He was such a nice man with a smile always on his face. We enjoyed seeing him at all the polka dances, even after his knee surgeries. He would always say, "you have to keep moving!" May he rest in peace. Our condolences to the family.

Frank Dercher was a kind gentle man. I never really got too close to knowing him except seeing him at an occasional wedding or other family get together. Thank you Frank for your service in the military, you are a true hero.
It’s always hard losing a parent, but there’s not one day that goes by I don’t think about mine, and those thoughts are what keeps them alive in our hearts. God Bless you sir I know you made a lot of people happy with your kindness.

We are so sorry to hear about Frank. I knew Frank through my Dad, Henry Nastav and also my Aunt Jo & Uncle Al Pavich. My Dad and Uncle Al have passed as well but Aunt Jo wanted me to pass along her condolences and apologize for not being able to attend. Our prayers are with your family.

The parishioners of Holy Family Church, Kansas City, Kansas (Strawberry Hill) send our condolences to the Dercher family members. Our parish will always cherish the beautiful creche/manger Frank built for the church many years ago which is displayed each and every year at Christmastime. We consider this gift of craftmanship the pride and joy of our parish! And of course, the main and mini bars he made for the Holy Family Social Club and other gifts and service he gave to the church.
