To the Devito family, It saddened me to hear of Franks passing. We grew up together in Newark, lived on the same street a few houses away, went to the same grammer school, etc. I will always remember playing stick ball in the street with Frank and other neighborhood friends, of course with his dad (Cosmo) looking on. Nothing but great memories of those years with a good friend who will be missed.... My thoughts and prayers are with you all... An old friend, Manny Costa

Jennamarie, Cherylann, and Frank,
We are truly sorry for the loss of your dad. We still remember your dad singing Karaoke at Strathmore and dancing to the songs. You three are such wonderful children that we know you will help your mom and provide loving support to each other.

To the DeVito Family,
My husband & I attended the same grammer school as Frank(First Ave) years ago. Frank was a kind, gentle soul with great sense of fun. He was a great person and having meet his family in those years while living in Newark, he was a great son & brother. And even though we lost contact I bet he was a great family man too. Our hearts and blessing go out to all of you. Sincerely, Richard & Barbara (Racioppi) Maddock

Frank and I were best friends in the 60's on 13th Street in Newark---he was the quarterback and I was the receiver. We walked to 1st Avenue School and back home twice each day, discussing the final Jeopardy answer after lunch. The number of days that we played in his basement on rainy days, or on his basketball court in the back yard, is beyond count, but the memories are as clear as yesterday. Who could forget the day when Trena interrupted our basketball game to tell us that The Mick...
