Frank was an important addition to the Capistrano Flying Service flight School that I owned and operated in the 1970's .He brought tremendous knowledge and helped train many pilots to become safe confident aviators. He was a dedicated aviation phenomnon. Rick Coye Owner Capistrano Flying service.

I wish to pay my respect to Col Dreher. He was a mentor to me forty years ago, and I am grateful to have known such an honorable man and pilot. I treasure my memory of him, and am saddened that I had allowed too much able time to pass without again being in contact with him.

My condolences to the family . Frank was a gentleman and seriously talented pilot and instructor. Frank devoted his time to helping train a next generation of pilots both private and professional.
