Died July 9, 2009 Frank James Duncan, 75, of Albertville died Thursday. He was preceded in death by Alene Duncan. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Albertville Funeral Home chapel with burial in Nixon Chapel Cemetery.
