Frank was such an important part of my graduate school experience. He was an excellent editor, and he patiently taught me how to deal with with complex articles and make them 'readable and accessible' to the laypublic. As well, his love of music was contagious! I remember many evenings in the home of Frank's mentor, Bentley Glass, where we would enjoy some of the best (and worst!) music over the ages. Finally, he was such a kind human being - always making time to help with any problem...
