Dear Carrie and Family,

Frank was a good man. I watched him many times as he painted the straightest line along the edges of door jams and baseboard at FVTC, with not a speck of paint on himself or anything else that wasn't suppose to get it! He was calm and steady, with a good sense of humor (for a curmudgeon!) and one-of-a-kind. I enjoyed talking with him about his many interests. You have my heartfelt sympathy.
