I was Frank's Union Representative and he was a good Loyal Union Brother and a good Chief Engineer. He always tried to protect his engineers from management. He was an all around good guy, we will all miss him.

I knew Frank. He was the nicest I met man and worked with. My Condenlances to his Family.

My prayers go to Frank, Andy, Jeff and Stephanie, I know your father will be well missed, as I remember when I was a youngster, your father was a real good man and I'm sure to his death, you guys take care.

My prayers are with you in your time of loss. I have not seen any of you for decades now, but I think of you often. This must be a shock to you all, as it was sudden and unpredictable. Take care of yourselves and each other.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank at the SFUSD. He was a kind and thoughtful person, who will be missed by many. My sincere condolences to the family. He'll be in our prayers.
