My Friend,

Having been out of Rahway for many years and not having heard about Frank's death until this week, it saddens me that I allowed a great friend to pass on without staying in touch. My memories of him include many including some of the adventures mentioned in one of the other entries. My prayers also go out to his family as I was fortunate to know them as well.

Frank was a friend of my husband Tony's for many years. The memories of them growing up together in Rahway that have been shared with me over time have given me great amusement. Of particular interest were the tales of adventures shared by Frank and friends while "bottle digging". Many a fond memory on that topic as well as from high school and simply put, days gone by. Our hearts and prayers go out to the Ference family.

We offer our condolences for the loss of Frank. He was a very nice neighbor and friend. We are sorry that we cannot attend the funeral as we are out of town this weekend.
