Frank was a dear friend of my family. He was an incredibly caring man that never could turn his back on someone in need or lost. He helped me find my way back, nevering turning his back on me, and I will always be grateful for that. He stood Best Man at my wedding, which is truly fitting of the man we call "Uncle Frank" because a better man would be very hard to find.
