Frank Fleming

I worked with Frank as a P.O. in Missoula for a lot of years. He and I were pretty tight back in those days. We also tore up the streets on a fairly regular basis. When he moved to Billings to accept his federal position we kinda lost touch with each other. He called me once after a few years and said we would always be the best of friends. I told him that would never change. If there is a saloon in heaven someday you and I will have a couple beers and talk about old times. Until...
