Frank was nothing but a GREAT guy. We knew him for many years and I can say he was a friend.He would do anything for you. He raised a great family.We bowled with Frank and Tess with the Elks Mixed League for many years. If you were a friend of Frank's you were a friend of a fine gentleman and family man. May he be in the "Palm of His Hands". Rip friend.
