I met Frank and Betsey a few years ago , at the East Hartford Senior Center. They used to attend the music events on Wednesdays. We had wonderful conversations. Betsey wasn´t big on dancing , so Frank would dance with some of the ladies there. He had such a wonderful , giving heart. He will be missed

Frank was so good to my daughter while she served 12 years/3 deployments in the Army. He was so good to so many who served. I thank him for his service to our Country and wish him eternal rest. May God comfort those who grieve his loss.

Frank was the friend of friends. The Italians have a saying: Trova un amico e troverai un tesoro.... find a friend, and you will find a treasure. Thanks. Frank, for being our friend and allowing us to share in your life... a life well lived!

Always sad to learn of the passing of a former classmate. My husband, John Van Camp, and I were fellow graduates of Penney High School, class of 1966. So very inspiring, however, to read about Frank's life and his many activities in service to his community and members of the military. May God bless him (and his family) for helping so many people for so many years. Rest in peace, Frank.
