Not sure what to say?

I was Frank's roommate in our freshman year at Cornell. Frank was a steady and honest influence on me. For some reason I thought of him today.i am sure that we are somehow connected. Peace and love Frank and to all your family and loved ones. J.Richard Hughes "59"

Frank was a friend and a comrade. We served together on the Credit Committee of Cooperative Federal Credit Union for over a decade. In making lending decisions, we could always count on Frank to be thoughtful, to put himself in the shoes of the applicant, and to balance calculations and policy with heart. He will be missed but never forgotten.

Thank you for teaching me to make coffee the right way!!! Will miss you! Elaine Passineau

-Albert Camus

I'm sorry to hear of Franks passing. He was a spirited man with a good heart. His thoughtful and creative conversations were normally filled with a keen sense of humor and irony. Known by many, I'm sure he has left a lasting impression. May he Rest In Peace.

Sending my Sincere and Loving condolences to Franks family and to his many, many friends, especially, the Live and Let Live Group of Syracuse, NY. Frank was a man of tenderness, loyalty and always willing to help another-never hesitating. I will always be grateful Frank graced me with his loving friendship and humility over the many years we shared together. Rest In Paradise, Dear Heart...
