I rememeber Frank coming to the back door of the old jail and picking up the inmates for the car wash detail. And how mad he would get when they were not ready to go when he got there. He would then look for me and yell alittle, I would laugh, then he would laugh, then we both sat down and had coffee together (it was great).
Frank had a big heart and great sense of humor he will be missed alot. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
