Frank B. Garniss

Frank was a good friend on so many levels. We knew and interacted with him during our many years at Modine Mfg. Co. and also at Modine Employees Credit Union where he served on the Board of Directors. His vast knowledge of stamps and first day covers was appreciated and we looked forward to his visits to Racine where we would sit on our deck and go over his latest acquisitions. Frank was a valued friend and will be greatly missed.

I knew Frank for many years at Modine. I remember him addressing potential issues with great humor. His OK, John just keep pilling the stuff down on Frank to see what happens! when a new quality-related requirement was being implemented. Most of my working with Frank was during customer (John Deere mostly) visits to Racine or one of our plants. It was very evident that the Deere employees liked and respected his knowledge and experience. He was a great guy. So sorry that he is now...
