I was fortunate to work with Frank at different points during his tenure at the Carson Center for Children & Youth in Westfield. He was far and away the best psychiatrist I ever worked with-good-humored, generous with his time, intensely bright and curious, genuinely interested in the lives of the children and families he treated, with a holistic vision and a compassionate heart.
