We all LOVED Frank! I was a young man who had started college at Cleveland State after living the previous 8 years in institutions, Parmadale Childrens Village, St. Anthony's Home for boys, and Reynolds Hall due to broken family circumstances. When I started working at the Cleveland Athletic Club in 1974 as the swim instructor I met Frank when he was working the lunchroom in the athletic department. Frank and Richard became not only friends but caring mentors and when needed father figures....
