Not sure what to say?

Mr. GILLETTTE was one of the best teachers I ever had because he cared and he listened. Social Studies was interesting and fun when he taught it. He will always be remembered fondly.

Uncle Marston was the kindest man and had such a sweet and caring tone to his voice. We shared a love of family and of family history research, collaborating often over the years. He will be missed greatly, but I'm so happy that he is now with Aunt Carol and other family members in heaven. I will miss you and that twinkle in your eye!

Mr Gillette was my Band and Civic teacher at Potter valley High School, he was great teacher and human being. Rest in peace. Graduated 1967.

Mr. Gillette was a great man. Strict in school but warm and friendly outside of school. He played the organ at my grandmother's funeral. I subbed for him at Pomolita and his students there thought highly of him as did the staff. He knew his subjects and how to teach them effectively. There were 3 of us with the same first name beginning clarinete. It was quite interesting watching how he dealt with us. He was successful and was very good in handling such dilemmas. He was a good role...

Marston was the most decent and honest man I have ever met. His example will remain with me forever.

I taught school with Marston, first at Redwood Valley and then at Pomolita. He was an excellent teacher and a wonderful man. He was involved in many activities. He will be missed. Rest in peace.

"A Firm Spoke in the Wheel of the Teaching Profession", that best describes Marston. Always a gentleman. Always a great listener. Always willing to help fellow teachers and students. Thank you Marston for serving your professional community so faithfully. My thoughts go out to Marston's family.

I had Mr. Gillette for history at Pomolita. He was an awesome teacher. He made an impact on me and that what was special about him. My condolences for his family.
