Frank Joseph Girard

Frank Girard was like my Second Father.
Mr. Frank is one of the Reasons that I am here Today.

Mr.Frank was a dear friend of mine. I met him when I was 15 years old & he was my mentor. He took me in off the streets. If it had not been for Mr. Frank, I feel certain that I wouldn't be here today.

Frank was a caring, compassionate, and loving person...a true gentleman. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone he met. He touched our lives, and the lives of many, in a very special way. May Frank rest in eternal peace wrapped in the loving arms of his God. Frank Girard was a great man. He did more for Delta Playground than any other supervisor before or after him. He will be missed my many former Members of the Delta family. God bless his soul.

Uncle Frank was a good man, an example everyone should follow. You were good to me as a child, treating me as if I were your own. I'll miss you and think fondly of you always. Rest in peace.
