Frank and I went through Chatham High School as classmates, graduating in 1961. I well remember his never-ending smile. Frank always seemed happy and exuded personal warmth. In school, several of us notices that when Frank would walk in the hallways, he had a noticeable lean forward. That appearance caused several of us, his many friends, to remark when he would be walking the halls, "There's the forward look". He and we would always get a chuckle out of this.
