My condolences to the Family, espesically Theresa (I know Frankie loved you very much, because when he was at work, at the court house, he always spoke of you). I worked/and knew Frankie for many years while he worked in the court house. He always had a way of making us laugh. Wether by tellings us a joke or complaining about people at the court house. After his retirement, whenever I thought of him and talked about him with our fellow co-workers, sure enough, he would pass by for a visit....
