I first met Frank when Easy Street played Harrah's Casino in A.C. back in 1983. Such a talented guy. He was always so friendly and nice to me. He made the world a much better place and he will truly be missed.

At the 2nd Fret with Valentine 1968
We used to play the 2nd Fret together in the late 60's and PILT was one of my favorite bands and I loved there vocals, we became fast friends. Frank was nice and kind to everyone and was a big talent. My prayers and thought go to his children and the rest of the family
