Not sure what to say?

Our condolences and Prayers to the family. Franks sister, Theresa, recommended Frank when we needed a plumber. Even though we live farther than he liked to travel, he always came to help us with even the smallest of problems. Frank was one of the sweetest, happiest, and honest men I've met. He is truly one of God's special children.

There sure were a lot of us growing up on M st.From Watson to Sanford .All the way to Bemis Bags nothing but fun.Frank and Roger were always playing Basketball or some form of baseball there at Bemis.I remember Frank saying "Chamberlaine" as he pretended to be Wilt the Stilt. In 1971 the Lakers had won 33 strait. We thought of many ways to have fun back then. We went "metal hustling" finding scrap metal in the neighborhood and putting it in Piedad's big green truck thinking we could make some...

Childhood Friends. Rest in Peace Frank. Thanks for all the Laughs and Great Memories. Now I have the Honor of meeting and working with one of your family members and I have shared some of the Awesome times, Pictures and memories I have. My deepest sympathy to the Gutierrez family.

My deepest condolences to the entire Gutierrez family. Growing up with the "M" Street boys, and hanging around with Hale and Frankie, were some good and fun times. Nothing better in life is to serve with humility in serving our dear Lord. Frankie was a good person, heart and soul, and is now rejoicing with the Lord. Amen! And, yet it saddens me greatly because I know how difficult it is for you brothers and sisters. Losing a sibling is like losing a limb. A part of you is missing. My prayers...

Our prayers and condolences to the family. Frank always had a smile on his face. He was a great guy who always was available when my dad or i needed plumbing. May the memories of his blessed life serve as consolation in this difficult time. Mike and Elsa Herrera/ Abelardo and Cuca de la Peña

Childhood friends. Thanks for the memories Frank! My condolences to the Gutierrez family.

I am so sad to learn of Frank's passing. My mother was one of his first customers. He was always so nice when he would come to the house to run the snake through the cleanout that he installed. We would talk of him often. He will be truly missed.

My deepest sympathy to the Gutierrez family. He was a sweet, kind, wonderful man. I knew him from his plumbing business. When I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago, he prayed with me and my family. He even took time out of his day to call and visit me, just to see how I was doing. I can't begin to say what his kindness has meant to me and my family. Now, I see he's been called home and I know he's in heaven with God. I take comfort in that and I hope his family does too.

I went to school with Frank from elementary school through high school and so sad to learn of his passing. I will remember him as a sweet and gentle spirit. Heaven is rejoicing tonight as he is welcomed home.
