Frank was a light in the dark . He would welcome anyone with laughter and a hug. He was one of the most kindest caring people I have met. Always full of spunk, his soul would brighten a room. Although I hadn't known him very long he holds a special place in my heart . We will all miss him . Heaven truly attained a one of a kind soul when frank arrived. Have fun up there silly! You'll be in our hearts and memories forever. ♥.
