Not sure what to say?

You were a blessing and such a kind hearted man. It was divine the Lord put you in my path you are loved and missed! See you in heaven frank.

Frank, or Frankie as we called him, was one of my best friends growing up in Roanoke, Virginia. His family and mine were life-long friends, from their childhood on. Love and prayers sent to his family and friends. Lynn Ellen McCutchen Meredith, Smith Mountain Lake Virginia

I truly enjoyed working with Captain Hambrick at OBPD. He was one of the best supervisors to work for. RIP Captain Hambrick.

I served with Frank in the USAF Security Service at Elmendorf AFB, AK in the 1965- 1966 time frame. We shared some memorable times together. Frank was well liked and respected. Frank was one of the good guys and will be missed. Farewell old friend.

I had the privilege of working with Frank for many years. He was a kind, caring and thoughtful individual who always did whatever he could to help people out. He was the embodiment of Community Policing before it was known as Community Policing. I am very sorry for your loss and very grateful that I had the opportunity to know and work with Frank.

Frank was a wonderful neighbor to our folks Harold and Hazel Boon many years ago. Our son Mike knew Kathleen from the same church we all attended. We add our sadness to each of you but have lovely memories of a man of great integrity. Steve, Darleen, and Michael Boon

I worked with Frank at Seabreeze High School and am sad to hear of his passing. He would always have a smile on his face and certainly make you laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I Worked with Frank at OBPD from the early 70's until his retirement. I enjoyed working with him. Our paths crossed a few times after that at Seabreeze High. I am sorry for your loss. Frank was a good guy to work for.
