Dr. Frank Gray Handley, age 74, of Sebring, FL passed away on Friday, September 28, 2001 in Tampa, FL. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2001 at 2PM in the First United Methodist Church in Sebring. The family will receive friends at the church at 1PM, one hour before the service.
