I loved speaking with Frank over the phone and we would have language wars, he would start speaking in German and I would answer in Russian he sure brought a lot of joy to my heart

I knew Frank was special from the moment I met him. Even in Kindergarten, he was awesome. He marched to a different beat, but was always so true to himself.
