My Deepest Sympathy to the Haynes Family in there time of great loss. Frank and I attended the Allegheny County Police Academy together and worked together for a good many years. Frank was an outstanding police officer who made the world a little better by his service to the community. More importantly Frank was a good Man and I'm very sorry to learn of his passing.
