Not sure what to say?

I have my class notes and my memories of lessons taught by Lee in American Government. I find some of what Lee taught, is now more relevant today than it was with my understanding of it back in the 1960's. I just wish Lee and I could share a conversation about todays events. I miss Lee very much!!!

Leroy and I were roommates at West Point. He liked being there. It was a shame that he couldn't stay. I feel badly that I lost track of him and made so little effort to find him. It is good to hear that he did well. I am sorry for the loss. Andy Bennett

So sorry to hear this news. Lee was such a caring and nice person. Always willing to help Wonderful person. he will be Missed. RIP.

We are so sorry for your loss. Can't hardly believe it as we just saw him last month at the Wyandotte High School Luncheon and talk and laughed with him as he set right next to us. Our prayers are with you.

Doug and I are very sorry to hear of Le's passing. Although we didn't know him and Carol very long, we enjoyed talking with them Sunday mornings before church. We will keep Carol and the rest of his family in our prayers. God bless, Doug and Donna Boddy

My heart is aching over loosing Le. He was the best teacher, mentor and friend to me. I am glad we got to hug, dance and talk at Wyandotte's 45th reunion. He helped make that evening special.
Carol, I am praying for our Lord's continual touch of comfort and strength to surround you.

Enough cannot be said about the kind and gentle man we came to know over the past 25 years. Our conversations were always lively; our memories are forever. His heart and soul were not only with his beloved Afghans but also with his Kansas Jayhawks. Rest in peace, Le, with your beloved dogs in the land of rainbows while we keep an eye on the Jayhawks for you. Our hearts are with you, Carol.

Le was always a shining beacon of happiness, enthusiasm, and good nature. He will be terribly missed among all his many friends and acquaintances. Condolences and prayers go out to Carol during this devastating time.

I had the priviledge of being one of Le's many friends. Le was such an incredible person. Always the jokester, and never one to miss an opportunity to banter. I will miss his jokes, and Im sure when I see him again, he'll want to collect his $1.387 . Carol, I will be there if you need me
