Not sure what to say?

Mr. Helms consistently warm and outgoing manner created an atmosphere of comfort in the library. It was an honor to attend his retirement party. He made you feel a bit more important than you were.
His family has my deep sympathy.

Frank was a very special person and a great librarian. I worked with Frank for fifteen years on the PA State Systems Library Council.. He brought both wisdom and imagination to
these meetings. Most of our successes were due to his valuable insight. Frank was also a good friend -- I will miss our chats and times together. I am very saddened by his death.

I am so sorry to read of Franks death.I wish we had renewed our friendship from our earlier years. Vic Murray 31 S Williams Street, Selbyville, De l9975

Frank was a true gentleman and a valued acquaintance. We are so sad to read of his passing. John and Clare Badner (Exton, Pa.)

Lori and I are shocked and deeply saddened at the news of Frank's passing. Frank and I shared many happy times together as youngsters, and Lori and I were honored to have him serve as an usher at our wedding in 1960. We offer our sincere sympathy to Judy, and to Colin and Eric and their families.

With deepest sympathy in the loss of your loved one. Frank was a very kind man and will surely be missed by all. May God bless your family during this time of sorrow.

So sorry. He was a kind and gentle friend.
