will always remember Frank first as my sponsor into the Knights of Columbus in 1975. He started that first day on the bowling alley at Crestview then followed me to the position of Grand Knight. Also enjoyed working with Frank in the Civil Engineering office at McClellan. I was a reserve officer and enjoyed taking "5" and chatting with Frank and Muggs Zarate in the drafting room when on active duty.
